All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. However, if your horror planter arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please email us at Horrorplantpots@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds are only considered in the rarest circumstances. What you see is what you get — by placing your order you agree to all of our policies.
